LA Search needed a better way to analyse and present large volumes of SEO and PPC data to their clients.
Spreadsheets were limiting their ability to extract insights and communicate performance clearly.
What I did:
- Worked closely with the team to define the key questions their dashboards needed to answer
- Designed and built Looker Studio dashboards combining data from multiple sources (Google Ads, Meta, SEMrush, Google Analytics)
- Created custom dimensions (e.g. branded vs non-branded keywords) to simplify analysis
- Built visual reporting for ad creatives to identify top-performing assets
- Designed dashboards aligned with their brand for client presentation
Result:
- Clear, visual reporting that clients could easily understand
- Faster insights across SEO and PPC performance
- Improved ability to demonstrate impact on key metrics like traffic, reach, conversion rate and CPA
